I had a lovely stay at Backstage Hotel, with its great design and unbelievable breakfast being the highlights. However, I did experience some noise from construction next door that started early in the morning, which was a bit bothersome. Overall, the hotel’s location in the heart of Tel Aviv was perfect for exploring the city.

Rooms

I stayed in a Standard Room, which was quiet small but had great amenities. I recommend booking a larger room if possible since the Petit room felt a bit too cramped for my taste.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly, though I felt they could have been a bit more engaging. A smile and a warm welcome would have been nice. I also missed having an English menu available. But overall, they were helpful and attentive.

My stay at the Backstage Hotel was a good experience, with really good cleanliness and superb staff service (Amit and Amal really made us feel cared for). However, the noise from nearby construction was quite disruptive, especially in the mornings.

The Petit room was charming but smaller than I expected (it really could use more storage space).

The hotel offers great amenities like dry cleaning and housekeeping, but I wished there were a few more touches in the room (like a closet for storage).

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the stylish design and central location. However, the construction noise nearby was quite bothersome during my time there.

Rooms

The Junior Suite was excellently equipped, featuring a spacious shower and modern decor. The only downside was having to climb a flight of stairs to reach my suite on the 5th floor.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly, but I felt there could be more offered. With no room service and a limited bar hours, it didn't meet my expectations for a boutique hotel of this price point.

The hotel offered basic amenities like dry cleaning and housekeeping, but lacked some essentials. I would have appreciated more options for dining and drinks throughout the day.

I had a great time at Backstage Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Tel Aviv near all the buzzing pubs and restaurants. The only downside was that the room was quite small with limited storage, and I probably could've used better pillows. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I loved the unique vibe of the hotel.

Rooms

My room was on the back of the building, which was cozy but small with no closet space. While I appreciated the cleanliness, I would’ve liked better pillows for a more comfortable sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They really went above and beyond when we missed our flight, helping me call the airline. Their genuine concern was really heartwarming.
